Workshop themes Biographies of the master teachers... 30 October Friday  BELLA WANG: 13:00-15:00 (2 hours): Double veil technique Bella is especially excites audiances with her unique double-sword, elegant and gracefull doble-viel dances. This workshop ia a great opportunity to learn and add new and exciting show elements to your dance repertoaire. Open for all levels. Bring your double veil!
 NOUR: 15:15-18:15 (3 hours): Oriental Song for Qazim al Saher Nour is the first foreign dancer who became famous and popular in Cairo, espacially beloved for her unique and lovely style. Her techniqe combines her classical traditions with pure egyptian style. Her dance is full of energetic and dinamic elements what makes her show always enjoyable. On this workshop she is going to teach her new choreography for the famous arabic singer Qazim al Saher's song.
 EHAB GADALLA: Oriental Technique & choreography - Al Fann 18:30-20:30 (2 hours) This dance is a classical oriental style for the music of the famous composer Abdelwahab * al fann* which is a classical oriental music. The choreography is based on clasiccal techniques and rules,mixed with artistic elements and expressing original egyptian deep feelings and showing how the dancer can feel the music. The dance shows more the feelings of the dancer.
31 October Sunday  EHAB GADALLA: Oriental technique & choreography - mezance with veil 12:00-15:00 (3 hours) Mezance is the opening part of the show. Any dancer goes on the stage, starts with mezance, where she puts all her experiance in dance with all of her steps, technique and art. This pure oriental style choreodraphy has many steps based on authentic rules and technique. The first part with viel than many steps and technique, full of playfulness and autenthiq pure oriental style moovements.
 GHAZI MONA DOLORES: Oriental technique & choreography - Oum Kalthoum / Yamsahharni 15:15-17:15 (2 hours) Mona is teaching her 2009 Raqs Sharqi Gala Show performance : the Lotus dance for the song Yamsahharni of Oum Kalthoum. The coreography is a mix between oriental steps and technique with deep and soft feelings which is usually the style of om kalthoum music. In this workshop she is specially concentrating on how the dancer can express her feelings with her gestures and face expressions.  NOUR: Drum Solo Choreography 17:30-19:30 (2 hours) Nour is going to teach her brand new drum solo choreography. Dinamic movements and combination in pure egyptian style hinted with Nour's playful, elegant and gracefull style.
Prices and Discounts Depending on the capacity of the room and to ensure that the dancers are comfortable, we can only accept a limited number of applications. Apply as soon as possible so as not to miss the most authentic course of the year in Hungary! Basic fee for intensive courses: 2 hours classes choreography € 35 3 hours classes € 42 Raqs Sharqi Full Pass: € 170 (Valid for all the workshops of the festival with 10 % dicsount of the total price) Discount for competitors: 10 % discount of your total workshop amount if you register at least two category at the competition. Payment options Oriental Dance Hungary / Academy offers the dancers several payment options. Please, keep in mind when your payment is due, which is the 15th day following the submission of your application form!
IMPORTANT! We will send you an e-mail verifying your payment of the course fee within 24 hours. With this you can check if there are still free places available. In order to avoid potential inconveniences, please bring the certificate of payment (bank payment, transfer or receipt) along with you. If you need an invoice, please inform us before payment by sending us the billing name and address! Term of payment: As the intensive weekend course attracted unprecedented attention from the belly dancing community, ODH has devised a new system to provide a comfortable learning environment. In order to avoid registered but unpaid applications, the term of payment and general discounts is not set to a specific calendar day, but is determined by the day of the application – it is due by 24h of the 15th day following the submission of the application form!
